One of Albertville's traditionally favorite lunch destinations is now under new ownership and management. Trent Slaton of Country Case Catering is excited to have the opportunity to combine his popular catering business with the 3 decade tradition of the Yum Yum tree, which is now appropriately now named Yum Yum Tree and Catering.
All your favorite menu items are the same with the return of the BBQ Salad and the popular daily specials remain the same also. Monday is Chicken Casserole day...Tuesday is the popular Taco Salad or Chili...Wednesday is the day for Chicken and Dressing...Thursday is Spaghetti...and Friday is Chicken Creole or Taco Salad.
Other menu items include Signature Salads topped with either BBQ or Grilled Chicken. Make it a combo with two sides or both toppings.
Cold-Cut Sandwiches or Hot-Steamed Subs are other favorites with your choice of breads, cheese and condiments. Other Signature Sandwiches include the Ruben, Chicken Salad Croissant, the Tuna Melt. Bring the kids on you next visit to Yum Yum Tree and Catering, they have their own menu choices with half a sandwich or the kids favorite Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich.
