Delita and her husband Dylan own and operate Bubba Rito’s.
The concept for their “southwestern grub” style restaurant is similar to many restaurants where Dylan dined while living in Atlanta. He said, “there simply wasn’t anything quite like that here, so we decided to open our own”.
As you enter the restaurant just hop in line and the staff will prepare your meal as you request. First choose your style and size….Burritos, Quesadillas, Nachos, Tacos, or Bowls. Next, select your choice of meat…..Steak, Chicken, Pork, or Ground Beef, and then choose from the variety of toppings and fillings. After a quick stop at the Salsa Bar, you’re ready to enjoy your meal.
Yes, Bubba Ritos dining concept is a little new and different, but you’ve gotta stop by and experience what everyone is talking about……a “hearty portion of delicious southwestern grub” utilizing only the freshest ingredients prepared and chopped fresh daily!
They’re open for lunch and evening dining Monday thru Saturday, and they’re now open for lunch on Sunday.
Both Marshall County restaurants are conveniently located on Hwy. 431. The original location in Boaz is just across from Lowry Brothers Motors, and the Guntersville location is at the top of the mountain beside Artistic Ink. The Attalla Bubba Ritos is beside Wal-Mart.
